Politica de cambios

 

●Se pueden cambiar, solo no deben estar usados o bailados, o rayados, deben estar en la misma forma en que han sido entregados.

● No aceptamos devolución del dinero en caso de envíos, solo para compras en el Showroom dentro de las 72hs, y bajo extrictas normas de inspeccion de los zapatos.

● Para envios: Los reenvíos son a cargo del comprador, tambien podes cambiarlos  sin costo en nuestro Showroom en Ciudad de Buenos Aires.

●Plazo de cambios: 15 días ( compras en Ciudad de Buenos Aires) 30 dias para compras realizadas con envios fuera de la Ciudad de Buenos Aires.

Overview:

Our refund and return policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you an exchange.

To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery.

 


 

Refunds & Exchanges

Sale items

  • Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an message to aour Whatsapp.

IMPORTANT: Due to the current import laws in Argentina, we cannot accept returns from outside the country. Therefore shoes shipped abroad are not elegible for returns or exchange.

Exchange and return requirements:

The products and shoes for exchange must be unused and in the same conditions in which they were sent, without cracks, breaks or changes in their structure, the available time is 15 business days. In the case of shoes, make sure they have only been tried on and not used for dancing.

IMPORTANT: The buyer is responsible for the shipping costs of the products for exchange 

Once the reception of the product has been confirmed, credit will be issued for. Exchange fee of 10% of the value of the product will be applied to resend the product to the place requested by the buyer.

Steps to follow for exchanges or returns:

1. Contact TANGO-A-TIERRA customer service by WthatsApp.
2. Require authorization for exchange or return (otherwise it will not be accepted as valid).
3. Send your authorized product for exchange or return to the address that we will send you by e-mail, from TANGO-A-TIERRA Customer Service.
4.IMPORTANT: DO NOT send the product without prior confirmation and authorization from TANGO-A-TIERRA Customer Service, since in this way you will not be able to ensure the exchange or refund of the product.

 


 

Shipping returns:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, delivery times for your exchanged product may vary.

We advice using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
