Our History
Guillermo Salvat and Silvia Grynt, dancers and choreographers with an extensive international career created in 2006 the TANGO-A-TIERRA company as an area of exploration of tango dance in its most theatrical aspects. That year they premiere the homonymous show at the Borges Cultural Center. Since then, the show has been presented in more than 40 cities on 4 continents, in countries such as Russia, Ukraine, Hong Kong, South Africa, Brazil, Chile and Argentina, with extraordinary public and critical success.
TANGO-A-TIERRA is a renewed artistic, choreographic, and musical proposal, but at the same time classic and aesthetic of the most extraordinary popular dance in the world, TANGO, highlighting the deep connection of dance with the Earth, with the ground, the element that binds it to the world and gives it its character as popular art.

And this name so tied to art and soil, inspired this new expression: TANGO-A-TIERRA Shoes, renewed and classic shoes at the same time, where Silvia Grynt knew how to express her more than 20 years of experience in art, seeking comfort, design and quality.
TANGO-A-TIERRA Shoes are handmade in the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, Argentina.
